What's this trip about?

Budapest is a wonderful addition to our Balkan Extended tour, combining a world class classical music scene with a vibrant night life, an exceptionally rich offering of thermal baths with a young and urban atmosphere. After seeing Budapest’s major landmarks, we will head to Novi Sad and Belgrade to bring the sunny, open-hearted Serbian culture closer to you. In Slovenia, we will visit the spectacular limestone Postojna Cave, with a spectacular view of stalactites, stalagmites, and formations that look like folded curtains. Next, we are going to be heading to explore the stunning Adriatic coast, and enjoy Rovinj’s architecture that dates back to the 1700s. Surrounded with amazing Istrian nature, you will have the option to discover cute, local seafood restaurants as well as shops and art galleries.  The journey continues to a multitude of scenic locations including Plitvice Lakes National Park with its stunning interconnected emerald green lakes, the Diocletian Palace in Split built in the 4th century, and a city made of tall marble walls reflecting its rich history through the gothic, renaissance, and baroque architecture – Dubrovnik.
