First established in 1976, we’re an independent boutique travel agency with a specialty in customizing off-the-beaten-path trips to exotic locations.

About Us

We’re an independent boutique travel agency, with a specialty in customizing off-the-beaten-path trips to exotic locations. Our well-travelled staff have been to all seven continents, seen awe-inspiring sights, met some incredible people, enjoyed new tastes, and visited some extraordinary places along the way.

We love to share our experience, and nothing makes us happier than making sure our clients have a truly exceptional holiday. We are passionate about travel, and we love to inspire and help people to discover the world for themselves.

Let us help you take a different holiday this time.

What We Do

Quite simply, we make your holiday dreams happen! We have extensive experience with small ship expedition cruising and we have partnered with the best operators in the business. Whether you’ve always dreamed of seeing the first rays of daylight break over the horizon while you’re moored off a remote island in the Pacific; or of navigating Scotland’s outer islands on a small ship – or seeing for yourself where the crew of Ernest Shackleton’s Endurance were stranded for months – we would love to make it a reality. We take the guesswork out of travel planning and arrange complete holidays, using our extensive international network of trusted, responsible local suppliers. We take the time to listen to your interests and wishes and match you with the best combination of hotels, transfers, guides, flights, and cruises to make your holiday outstanding.

Our Responsible Approach

We’re aware that travel can negatively impact the places we visit, so we consciously choose suppliers with active environmental and or community initiatives.

These initiatives vary widely by supplier and destination, but include things like support for local women’s groups, reuse of grey water, community clean-up initiatives or ensuring that staff are paid a decent wage.

In our own office, we are mostly paperless and waste-free. All of our promotional materials (banners, business cards and flyers) are printed in the most environmentally sensitive way we can find. We support local community causes through donations and volunteering – and we give $100 to David Suzuki Foundation for every Expedition cruise we sell. These things are important to us, and we hope they are also important to you.
