Logistics

Requirements
MODERATE GRADE 3 This is a self-guided walk with average daily stages of 4 to 6 hours over mountainous and at times rugged terrain. The approximate walking times are listed for each stage, bear in mind these are walking times only and do not include breaks for lunch and rest stops. The trip is graded moderate as the paths although well defined and clearly marked, have some steep sections on sometimes loose and rocky ground and through scrubland (maquis). There are lots of ups and downs. A good level of fitness is required. As with all of our trips it is important that you are well prepared. We suggest that you undertake regular exercise - swimming, cycling, jogging, two to three times a week for three months prior to your departure. Daypack, wet weather gear, good walking boots / shoes, water bottle and sun protection. A comprehensive gear list is included in the pre-departure information provided on booking.,
