It must respect the privacy of indigenous peoples. We must not go to their rooms or take pictures of them or their belongings without their permission or talk to the guide to tell us the protocol to follow.
It takes only the essential, because the weight is a determining factor when walking. Make sure you are in good physical condition, avoid drinking alcohol the day before. Return all trash to Santa Marta. No damage natural or cultural property. In the Lost City and along the way there mobile phone signal. Tell family and friends that you can only communicate with them once you return from your experience.
